Question of the Week: Hard print (real thing) or Kindle/Nook,
which is your favorite?

Hard print!!! Ever since I got my eyeglasses in 2010, I can no longer read on my phone or
computer for hours. If I read an e-book for more than an hour, I'd get headache that
usually would last til the next day!! How about you?

I love hard print more but I have a balanced shelf. Although I love hardcovers better but still ebooks are more convenient to carry around. :)

I love hard print but since getting my iPad I am really loving my ebooks. I suffer from migraines really bad but I am lucky that looking at screens doesn't affect me.

I do love hard copies, but the Kindle is pretty convenient, although granted I've never read on a Kindle long enough to hurt my eyes (my kindle is for reading on-the-go)

I love ebooks but I could never read on my phone or computer. You must have a good ereader. I loved my kindle with the eink screen -- just like reading a book. I couldn't read on my iPad until I got the one with the retina display -- now I can read on that with no problems. So don't give up on ebooks until you have a device for reading them. Here’s my F&FF..
First off, I absolutely love the name of your blog. lol. So appropriate for someone who loves to read and bookishly clever too. Points to you for that one. Haha. :)
Also, I understand your reasons for not reading ebook and choosing physical. That's totally legitimate.

Here's my FF
I too have difficulty reading on iPads or phones, or anything with a backlit screen since my eyes are horrible! But ever since I got a e-reader with the special screen, I haven't had that problem. The kindle paperwhite, has this option, and it's backlit for reading at night. the paperwhite is the one I plan on getting next. I highly recommend it for you! but I enjoy reading books just as much as my e-reader. Nothing will ever replace my love for the smell and feel of a good book in my hands.
